Which categories of personal data do we process and why?
Wallich collects your personal data when you make a purchase or register to our members club.
We process the following personal data when you register your personal details in checkout or when register to members club:
– First name, last name, address details, telephone number and email address.
The purpose of our processing is to be able to send your order confirmation and deliver your order. And also, to invite you to our members club and make it possible for you to register to our members club.
Wallich will also use your email address for marketing purposes via mail. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time by contacting us at contact@wallichpadel.com.
The legal basis for our processing as above is Legitimate Interest as well as marketing.
The legal basis for our processing is Consent, which you provide when you make an order.
Who we share your personal data with
We process your personal data, and we also share your personal data with the following organisations (which process personal data on our behalf or in order to provide Wallich’s services to you):
- Wallich (and its subcontractors), for the operation of our website and data storage.
- Our involved partners.
- IT Suppliers (and their subcontractors) who provide general business support systems to us, for example, software and data storage providers such as Hubspot, Inc. (Two Canal Park, Cambridge, MA 02141 USA), (and their subcontractors) which we use for our CRM systems and data storage.
- Our data processors who handle marketing communication have limited possibilities to use your personal data for any purpose other than to provide services to us under all applicable data processing agreements.
Each organisation is obliged to treat all data confidentially and only process the personal data in accordance with applicable data processing agreements.
Your personal data may be transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area. In that case, we will base such transfer on an appropriate decision or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. The general text used in the standard contractual clauses is available in several languages on the European Commission’s website.

How long do we keep your personal data
Wallich will process and save your data to enable your delivery, registration and membership in our members club, and for marketing purposes via mail until you unsubscribe by contacting us via contact@wallichpadel.com.
Your rights in connection with the data processing we carry out
As a data subject, you have specific statutory rights granted by the General Data Protection Regulation regarding the personal data we process about you. These are explained briefly below, and you can exercise them by contacting us at contact@wallichpadel.com.

- Right to withdraw your consent: If you have consented to the processing of your personal data, you can withdraw this consent at any time with future effect.
- Right to access to your personal data: You can ask us for information regarding the personal data about you that we store. We will provide you with a copy of your personal data upon request. If you request additional copies of your personal data, we may charge you a reasonable fee, which we base on our administration costs. You have the right to information about our security measures when transferring your personal data to a country outside the EU or EEA if you request that we confirm whether we are processing your personal data, and if we transfer your personal data to a country outside the EU and EEA.
- Right to rectification: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data relating to you. We make reasonable efforts to keep the personal data we have in our possession or under our control, and which data is used on an ongoing, accurate, complete, current and relevant basis, based on the most recent information we have available.
- Right to restriction: You may request us to restrict the processing of your personal data if:
- you contest the accuracy of your personal data, during the period we need to verify its accuracy
- the processing is unlawful, and you request restriction of processing instead of erasure of your personal data
- we no longer need your personal data for processing purposes, but you need it for repairing, exercising, or defending legal claims, or
- you object to the processing while we are checking whether our legitimate purposes override yours.
- Right to portability: You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us, and if this is technically feasible, request that we transfer your personal data (which you have provided to us) to another organisation, if:
- we process your personal data in an automated manner
- we base the processing of your personal data on your consent, or our processing of your personal data is necessary for us to be able to perform a contract to which you are a party
- you have provided us with your personal data, and
- your right to portability does not adversely affect the rights or freedoms of others.
- You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. Your right to receive your personal data must not adversely affect the rights or freedom of other persons. Your right to have your personal data transferred from us to another organisation is a right you have provided that such a transfer is technically feasible.
- Right to erasure. You have the right to request that we erase the personal data that we process about you. We must comply with this request if we process your personal data, unless the processing is necessary:
- to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information
- to comply with a legal obligation requiring processing under Union or member state legislation to which we are bound

- for preparing, exercising, or defending legal claims
- Right to object: You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data on account of your specific situation, if the processing is not based on your consent without our legitimate interests or the legitimate interests of any third party. In this case, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can present compelling legitimate grounds and an interest of the utmost importance for its processing or for preparing, exercising, or defending legal claims. If you object to the processing, please indicate whether you also want your personal data to be erased, otherwise we will only restrict it. You also have the right to object at any time, for any reason, to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing (which includes profiling insofar as this is directly related to such direct marketing), provided that such processing is based on our legitimate interest. If the marketing is based on your consent, you can withdraw your consent (see above).
- Right to file a complaint: You can file a complaint with your local data protection authority or with any other data protection authority in the EU. However, we would appreciate it if you could first contact us so that we can try to solve your problem – you can find our contact details below.
You can exercise your rights against us by filling in this form, which will help us to process your request in the right way. The online form contains the information we need to verify your identity and review your request. For requests made by telephone or email, you must provide us with sufficient information so that we can reasonably verify that you are the person whose personal data we have collected, as well as with in your request provide a sufficiently detailed description so that we can evaluate and respond correctly to it. If we are unable to verify your identity for the purposes of access and erasure requests using the information you have provided, we may ask you for additional information.
Information security
In order to protect your personal data against loss, theft and unauthorised access or disclosure, we have taken technical, administrative and physical security measures. Unfortunately, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure or impenetrable.
