Hereinafter referred to as “Wallich”, “we”, or “us”.

General

These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to Wallich’s online store on www.wallichpadel.com (in the following referred to as the “online store”), covering all purchase agreements that a consumer enters online with Wallich Composite AB, hereinafter referred to as “Wallich”. We encourage you to read these terms and conditions in their entirety before submitting an order. These terms and conditions may be updated and vary from time to time, which is why we ask you to read the terms and conditions before every order you place in the online store. You can find the last date for modification at the bottom of this page.

A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from Wallich to the e-mail address you submitted. Wallich reserves the right to decline or rescind a purchase agreement if fraud or other actions like fraud, such as unlawful use of another person’s credit card, are suspected.

To place an order in the online store you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship. Wallich presumes that minors who carry out purchases on www.wallichpadel.com, submit truthful information of their age and/or possess the necessary consent from their custodian to purchase the item(s). If not, the buyer may become liable for the possible costs an invalid agreement may involve.

Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal on products purchased from Wallich that are customized. Regarding other products the following applies:

You have full right of cancellation within 14 days of receiving the item. When returning goods that have been handled to a greater extent than was necessary to determine the goods’ properties and function, the consumer compensates us for the possible reduction in value that has occurred. The extent of the reduction in value is determined by Wallich.

The right of withdrawal can be used provided that the product is returned together with the labels and original packaging that come with the product. As a customer, you have the right to examine the product, but you must not break seals. For cases where the associated case, packaging, information folder and certificate of authenticity are not included when exercising the right of withdrawal, Wallich has the right to refuse the return. When returning goods that were delivered with home delivery, the same return routines apply as for other shipping methods.

Return

There is no right of return on products purchased from Wallich that are customized. Regarding other products the following applies:

You can return your goods to Wallich within 14 days and get a refund if you regret it. The cancellation period begins on the day you received your order. The return shipping is paid by you, as the customer, including all customs fees, taxes, and other charges.

In the event of an incorrect shipment, you can choose between getting a new item or a full refund.

All returned goods must be carefully packaged to avoid damage to the goods. You as the customer are responsible for the transport risk back to Wallich

Complaints

If you complain about your product due to damage or faulty production, we will make a manual assessment and possibly request the product if necessary.

The first commitment in the event of a complaint is to rectify the fault. If this does not work and the complaint is approved, we will replace you with a new product.

If we are unable to replace you with a similar item, you have the right to cancel the purchase and have the money refunded.

Reimbursement normally takes place within 14 working days from the time we receive and approve your return. We can only make a refund in the same way and to the same account that was used at the time of purchase.

If the order value is less than 5000 SEK / 500 USD/EUR/GBP, you, as a customer, will only be provided with shipping options for a cost, and the shipping cost are not refundable upon return.

For orders over 5000 SEK / 500 USD/EUR, free shipping options are given. For orders where the order value exceeds 5000 SEK / 500 USD/EUR and the free shipping option is used to then return the full order or a part of the order that makes the total order value less than 5000 SEK / 500 USD/EUR, the shipping cost is charged as below:

The customer pays for all customs fees, taxes, and other charges.

Delivery

Wallich accepts and processes purchase orders in the order they are submitted to the online store. The delivery date is the day the item is available for collection. Normally, the delivery time is about 6 weeks. These products are handcrafted, which means delivery can take longer. When you shop from the online store and pay directly, you approve that you are purchasing a product that may take a longer time to receive. Orders are delivered free of charge unless they require customs fees, taxes, and other charges. In such cases, the customer is responsible for paying these fees and charges.

Packages returned as undeliverable

If a purchase sent to you is returned as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping and processing. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items as well as the returned order.

Delay

Should your order be delayed, you will receive a message of this, including a new suggested time of delivery, at the latest within 30 days after you submitted your order. You may cancel the order if you do not accept the new suggested time of delivery. If your order has been delayed, and the new suggested time of delivery has been accepted but the order has not yet been delivered within 20 working days after the new estimated time of delivery, you may always cancel the order by notifying our customer services team. If such a delay should occur, whereby you choose to cancel the order, we will repay the prepaid amount to you. If the order has already been dispatched, you will have to return the ordered items in order to receive repayment. We will pay the cost of the return.

Transport

All dispatched items are insured by Wallich. Should you discover any damage to the package prior to opening it please report this to Wallich at: info@wallichpadel.com and the postal agent that delivered the package, as soon as possible. Items that are damaged during transportation are replaced by Wallich free of charge.

Claim

The warranty covers goods that are faulty according to applicable consumer protection legislation. However, the warranty never covers goods that have been used carelessly or suffered damage that is not compatible with normal padel play. It is up to Wallich to decide whether that is the case. If you wish to make a warranty-based return, fill in the back of the paper that you receive with your delivery and put it in the return parcel. Complaints made within two months after you discover the defect are always considered to have been reported in good time. When we received the goods, and the claim has been approved, we will send your new product. If a not customized product is out of stock, we refund you spent money for the goods including the original cost of shipment. Note that the cost to deliver a package to you is the same regardless of how many items you purchased. Due to this we do dot refund the original shipment fee at a partial return.

Force majeure

During force majeure the obligations of Wallich are postponed, and we have the right to terminate the agreement without any obligation to pay damages in such cases. Force majeure means circumstances beyond our control, including war, strikes, illness of personnel, transportation disruptions, import / export bans, whether this occurs in the company or of its suppliers.

Payments

Payment can be carried out by credit cards as Mastercard or Visa or via PayPal. Wallich reserves the right to check the cardholder’s address, the card’s validity, and that your account has the capacity to be charged with the full amount. Wallich reserves the right to decline a purchase.

Prices

Occasionally there may be information in the online store that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the online store is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

The prices in our online store constitute the total price (including VAT). Outside the European Union, custom fees or other taxes and charges may be added to the purchase price.

Order confirmation
